Made to fit the way your room works
Alcove cabinetry transforms unused areas into practical, attractive features that suit the way you live. We create fitted cupboards and shelving that provide the right balance of open display space and concealed storage, helping to keep your room organised and preserve its character.
Bailey Joinery also designs and builds bespoke media walls and kitchen projects, providing tailored solutions that maximise both style and functionality throughout your home. Whether you're framing a chimney breast or making use of an awkward recess, every piece is carefully built to look like a natural part of your home.
Bespoke alcove furniture designed for every space
Our joiners manufacture a wide range of fitted alcove furniture, including cupboards, floating shelves, bookcases, media units, under-stairs storage, and custom pet houses. Every piece is handcrafted using premium materials and installed with precision to deliver a durable, long-lasting finish. Suitable for both contemporary and traditional interiors, our bespoke furniture provides practical solutions that complement the style and function of your home.
A design process that starts with your space
Every alcove presents different opportunities, which is why we begin with a detailed design consultation. Our signature design package allows you to visualise the finished furniture before manufacture, making it easier to choose layouts, finishes, and practical features. Bailey Joinery carefully considers proportions, shelf depths, cupboard access, and how the furniture integrates with skirting boards, coving, and surrounding architectural details to achieve a balanced, well-planned result.
What our clients say
Sam and his team have replaced all the internal doors in my house. They had to make two doors due to odd sizing and modify the openings for two others. Every door now fits like a glove, and it’s absolutely brilliant to have doors that close properly. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would, worked really hard and were neat and tidy. I really appreciated the fact that they had apprentices working with them as well. Great job. I will be recommending them and using them again.
We can’t praise Sam and his team enough, really. Sam accommodated our kitchen fit when problems were unearthed early on that delayed the initial date booked in for the job, and he couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to resolve things so we could move forward. Sam and his team were polite, respectful, tidy, punctual and incredibly hard-working. We would wholly recommend Sam and his team. We now have a beautiful kitchen.
